Who are we?

Hi! My name is Manuela Rodriguez-Correa and I am the human behind Twisted Connection.

I am a Berlin-based organizational development facilitator with +10 years of international experience working with corporations, non-profits and social businesses across Latin America, USA, Western Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Throughout my career, I gained experience in the design and execution of organizational learning and leadership development programs, as well as in the management of multistakeholder collaborations.

My purpose is to play an active role in creating a new system where organizations are built to contribute and serve to the wellbeing of the collective, and where individuals feel empowered to express their most authentic selves.

Let's talk!

Discover our services and explore how we can partner to foster learning and inclusion in your organizational development journey.

Twisted Connection is inspired by all those “aha moments” when we feel like new doors open and expand our world view. When we defy our comfort zones and we dare to stand in a new place, we see links in what we thought to be incompatible. These mind shakes lead us to recognize unknown patterns present in our social systems.

Our guiding values

Inclusionwe welcome a multitude of realities and perspectives.

Creativity – we imagine, we connect, and we plan with novelty.

Collaborationwe partner with others to enrich and complement our work.

Compassionwe understand the experiences of others through the lenses of our hearts and minds.

EnjoymentWe know how to feel joy and to be pleased with what we do!

Our philosophy

Learning is a powerful catalyst for change. Through deep inquiring, we can reshape our knowledge and become owners of our creative processes to develop a more conscious world.

To create a brighter and more equitable system which is in harmony with nature, we need to learn to co-exist and integrate our individualities through generative dialogues and communal spaces.

Our definition

We adopt the following definition of social innovation:

A novel solution to a social problem that is more effective, efficient, sustainable, or just than existing solutions and for which the value created accrues primarily to society as a whole rather than private individuals. A social innovation can be a product, production process, or technology, but it can also be a principle, an idea, a piece of legislation, a social movement, an intervention, or some combination of them.” (1)
